Publish history

  1. Publish history

A copy of your site is kept every time you publish. Open an old version, bring it back into your draft, or put it straight back on your live site. Your contact details and logos are not changed by a restore. This tour walks through the page.

  2. Copies kept

Shows how many of the latest copies are kept. Older ones drop off the list as you publish.

  3. Versions

Each version shows when it was saved, who published it and how many pages and sections it has. A version marked as the draft before a restore is the draft you had just before you restored another version.

  4. Preview or restore

Preview opens the version in a new tab. Restore to draft replaces your current draft and keeps it in this list first. Restore and publish puts the version on your live site right away. Both ask you to confirm.
