Quality control

  1. Quality control

Check goods against your standards, record pass/fail, and track non-conformances. Let’s go through every part of the screen.

  2. The action buttons

Add inspection logs a new check; Add NC raises a non-conformance (something wrong); Manage plans defines inspection plans and the characteristics to measure. If AI is on, Analyse patterns finds recurring quality issues and suggests root causes.

  3. At a glance

Total inspections, how many failed, open non-conformances, and how many are high severity — so problems don’t get missed.

  4. Inspections

Every quality check: product, quantity inspected and failed, result and inspector. Pending checks show a Resolve button — enter the measured values and failed quantity to close them; passed ones can download a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

  5. Non-conformances

Reported quality problems with their severity (low/medium/high) and status. Close one when it’s resolved, or reopen it if it comes back.
