1. Booking options

   Choose how customers may book: without an account, through the AI assistant, as a repeating series, from the waitlist or as a group. Each option starts off, and only the options your plan includes are shown. This tour walks through the page.

2. Booking without an account

   Lets customers book after proving their phone number or email with a one-time code. The code does not sign them in. It needs an SMS provider or your own email sending, otherwise the option is not shown to customers.

3. Booking through the AI assistant

   Lets the AI assistant book appointments on your website and WhatsApp. Customers see the summary and your terms and confirm with a code first. Your approval and deposit rules still apply.

4. Repeating series

   Lets customers book the same service again and again from their account. It works only for services with no deposit and no approval step.

5. Waitlist hold time

   When a time frees up, it is held for the next customer on the waitlist. Set how many minutes they have to claim it before it goes to the next person.

6. Group bookings

   The largest number of people one booking can include. Enter 0 to turn group bookings off.
