Train the assistant that answers your customers

  1. Credit balance

Credits left this month out of your monthly allowance. Training and test chats use AI credits. If you use your own API key, the badge says so and no credits are counted.

  2. Website

Step 1: choose Whole site to crawl pages on the same domain, or Single page for one address, then press Fetch. The fetched pages are listed in Step 2, ready to be trained.

  3. Select and train

Every source tab ends with this list: tick sources (or Select all) and press Train. Training runs in the background with a progress bar and uses AI credits. The bin deletes a source and its trained data permanently.

  4. PDF / Files

Upload a PDF, Excel, CSV or TXT file of up to 25 MB. The text is extracted and saved as a source, with a warning if none could be read. Then select it and train it.

  5. Text

Paste knowledge the assistant should have, such as cancellation rules, opening hours or aftercare tips, give it a title and press Add, then train it. Useful for facts that are not on your website.

  6. Q&A

Add a question the way customers ask it together with the answer you want given, press Add, then train it. Q&A pairs are the quickest way to control answers to your most frequent questions.

  7. Settings

Instructions, Business topics only (recommended: off-topic requests cost no credits), Do not go beyond instructions and the reply language. Show storefront assistant puts the chat bubble on your booking page and reveals Sales representative mode. Press Save to keep the changes.

  8. Brand & identity

Brand name, tone of voice, speaking mode, audience and sign-off shape how replies sound, not what they say. Filling in the brand name completes that step of the AI setup checklist.

  9. Test chat

Talk to the assistant with what it has learned before customers do. Turn on Sales mode to test the selling behaviour; Clear chat starts over. Test messages use AI credits.

  10. Train the assistant that answers your customers

Feed it your services, prices, working hours and the questions you get asked all day; in return it answers visitors on your page around the clock and nudges them to book. The quality of its answers depends entirely on what you teach it — the more you add, the fewer repetitive messages reach you personally.
