Build one zip file with every table of your business as CSV, plus your stored files if you want them. Use it to keep your own copy or to move to another system. Only the owner can download it, and it is deleted after a few days. This tour walks through the page.

Stored files
Tick this to add your images and documents to the zip. Identity documents such as driving licence and ID scans are a separate choice: leave it off unless you need them.
Reason
Write why you need the export, for example moving to another system. It is saved in the audit log. Passwords, API keys and other credentials are never included.
Recent exports
Your exports with their status, who asked for them, how many tables, rows and files they hold and their size. While one is building the list updates by itself; when it is ready, download it before it expires.
