Your website's home base

  1. Notices

Open setup steps, a domain waiting for verification, security reminders such as turning on two-step sign-in or a passkey, and trial reminders appear here as slides of one card. The button on a slide takes you to the right place. The X hides that notice: setup for good, the domain reminder for 30 days and the security reminder for 7 days. The card disappears when nothing is left.

  2. Quick setup

Shows how many setup steps are done. Continue picks up where you left off; the X hides this card.

  3. Domain waiting for verification

Your own domain has been added but is not verified yet. Click here to see the DNS records to set and to verify it.

  4. Create your first site

You have no website yet. Start Designing opens the drag-and-drop editor, where you can begin from a ready template.

  5. Your site

Your site name, its web address and whether it is Published or a Draft. A draft is not visible to visitors until you publish it from the Design editor.

  6. Quick numbers

Messages from your contact form (new ones are counted separately), blog posts, sections in your design and the publish status. Click a tile to open that area.

  7. Edit design

Opens the design editor for sections, colours, fonts and content.

  8. Site settings

Opens the settings for your site name, address and SEO details.

  9. Your website's home base

This screen shows whether your site is still a draft or already live, a few quick numbers (new messages, blog posts, sections) and the shortcuts into the design editor and settings. If you haven't built a site yet the main button opens the drag-and-drop editor — and remember nothing is visible to the public until you press Publish.
