1. Upgrades & Downgrades

   Move a customer's subscription to another plan. The difference is prorated: an extra invoice on upgrade, a balance refund on downgrade. This tour shows how.

2. Active subscriptions

   Subscriptions that can change plan, with customer, current plan, amount and billing cycle. Sort by amount or cycle and set how many rows load per page.

3. Change plan

   Pick the new plan and when it takes effect. Immediately shows a proration summary for the remaining days: an extra charge creates an unpaid invoice, a lower price returns the difference to the customer's balance. At period end schedules the change for the next renewal and lists it as Pending below.

4. Recent plan changes

   Past and scheduled changes with from and to plan, prorated amount, when they take effect and their status. Cancel pending stops a change that has not been applied yet.
