Marketing SMS is sent only to numbers that have opted in; informational and one-time-code messages do not need consent. This tour shows how to add, import and manage consent records.
Add or import
Add consent records a single number with its status and list type. Bulk import takes many numbers at once, one per line or comma-separated, all saved with the status and list type you choose.
Consent totals
How many numbers are currently opted in and how many have opted out.
Search numbers
Type part of a phone number and press Search to filter the list below.
Consent records
Each row shows the number, its status, the consent list type and where the record came from. Sort by status, change how many rows appear per page, or adjust the table view.
Change or delete
Opt out or Opt in switches the number's status instantly. The trash icon deletes the record after you confirm.
