Settings

  1. Settings

Your business details, billing defaults, custom domain, email sending and security rules live here. This tour covers the tab you are on; switch tabs and restart it to see the others.

  2. Settings tabs

Company & Billing holds business, tax and storefront rules. Domain connects your own domain. SMTP sends customer e-mails through your mail server. Security controls staff access. The last tab you used is remembered.

  3. Maintenance mode

When on, your storefront closes to visitors with a maintenance page (503), while you and your staff keep access. You can add an optional message for visitors. It takes effect after you save.

  4. Business details

Business name, base currency, language, country, tax number and office, contact phone and e-mail, default VAT rate and whether VAT is included in prices, invoice prefix, hourly rate for billing time entries, and your address with an optional contact map. Logos are managed in Storefront Design.

  5. Currency by language

Choose which currency the storefront shows for each visitor language. This is display only: payments are always collected in your business currency, and a currency the customer picks by hand takes priority.

  6. System tools

Shortcuts to Integrations, Custom domain, Team & roles, GDPR / privacy and a storefront preview.

  7. Support attachments

Decide whether customers may attach files to support tickets, which file types are allowed, the maximum size per file and the maximum files per ticket. Some risky types are always rejected for security.

  8. Custom domain

Publish your panel and customer portal on your own domain. Link the domain, create the DNS records shown (TXT for ownership, then CNAME or A) with your domain provider, and press Verify. This requires a plan that includes custom domains.

  9. Buy a domain

No domain yet? Search for one and buy it here; it is connected automatically after payment and renews yearly.

  10. SMTP e-mail

Send customer e-mails through your own mail server: host, port, encryption, username, password, sender name and address. You can also get an e-mail about every new order. The password is never shown; leave it blank to keep the current one.

  11. Save and test

This tab has its own Save button. Send test email uses the saved settings to mail the recipient you type (or your own address) and shows the server's reply if it fails.

  12. Security

Require two-factor authentication for staff, set the session lifetime in minutes, and limit admin access to an IP allowlist (one IP or CIDR per line; empty allows all). Add your current IP before saving so you do not lock yourself out. This tab has its own Save button.

  13. Period lock date

Cash movements and invoices dated on or before this date are locked and cannot be created, edited or deleted, protecting a closed accounting period. Leave it empty for no lock.

  14. Save

Saves the Company & Billing settings. SMTP and Security have their own Save buttons, so this one is hidden there; domains are linked and verified with the buttons in the Domain tab.
