Prepaid hours

1. Prepaid hours

   Prepaid hours are hour packs customers buy in advance. Project time is taken from their balance when you choose. Use this page to manage the packs and each customer's balance.

2. Packs

   New pack sets a name, description, hours, price, currency and how many days the hours stay valid. Each pack can be translated, edited with the pencil, or taken off sale so customers can no longer buy it.

3. Pick a customer

   Select a customer to see their balance, projects and history.

4. Balance and projects

   The card shows the hours left and each project's unbilled hours. Use prepaid hours takes billable time from the balance, oldest first; time that does not fit stays unbilled for a normal time invoice. Hours that will expire are listed below.

5. Buy a pack for this customer

   Choose a pack and enter a reason. This creates an unpaid invoice and emails it to the customer; the hours arrive when it is paid.

6. Adjust balance

   Enter hours to add, or a minus amount to remove, and a reason. The change is recorded in the history.

7. History

   Every purchase, use, refund, adjustment and expiry of this customer's hours, with the balance after each entry.
