Quotes

  1. Quotes

Quotes lists the price offers you send to customers and tracks them from draft to acceptance. This tour covers the quote settings, invoice merging, the list and the actions on each quote.

  2. Quote settings

Set the default deposit rate, the quote terms, and the design of the public quote page: accent color, intro text and footer text. Changes apply once you click Save in the dialog.

  3. Merge invoices

Combine two or more unpaid or draft invoices into a single invoice. Only invoices for the same customer and currency can be merged.

  4. Create a quote

Opens the quote form on its own page, where you choose the customer, add line items, and set currency, VAT, deposit and validity.

  5. Table view and page size

View changes the row density of the table (remembered in this browser). Per page sets how many quotes load at once.

  6. Quote list

Each row shows the quote number, title, customer, amount, status and validity date. Statuses follow the flow Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Deposit paid and Project created, or end as Rejected or Expired.

  7. Quote actions

Send notifies the customer with a link to view and accept the quote, and marks a draft as Sent. Copy link copies that acceptance link. You can also convert the quote to an invoice, edit it, set its status by hand, or delete it after confirmation.
