Migration

  1. Migration

Move your customers, services, orders and invoices from another billing panel using CSV files, or export your own data. This tour walks through the import wizard and the other tabs.

  2. Import, Bulk Import and Export

Import brings in one CSV at a time with full column mapping, Bulk Import handles several files in one go, and Export downloads your data. The page remembers the last tab you used.

  3. What an import does

Importing only creates records: no e-mails or SMS are sent and portal access is not granted automatically. Rows whose e-mail already exists are skipped as duplicates.

  4. Three steps

The import runs in three steps: choose the source and data type, upload and map your CSV, then confirm and import. Nothing is written before the last step.

  5. Source panel

Pick the panel you are moving from, such as WHMCS, Blesta, HostBill or WISECP, or Generic CSV. The choice pre-fills the column mapping for that panel's export format.

  6. Data type

Choose what this file contains: customers, the sales catalog, customer services, orders or invoices. Import customers first so later files can be linked to them.

  7. Sample CSV template

Download a template with the expected headers and example rows for the selected data type, then fill it with the data exported from your old panel.

  8. Recent imports

Every import with its date, source, data type and how many rows were in the file, created, skipped or failed.

  9. Bulk Import

Upload several CSV files at once. The data type is guessed from each file name and can be corrected; files are previewed and then imported in dependency order, from customers to invoices, using the source panel's preset mapping.

  10. Export

Download your own data as CSV, one file per data type, or everything together as a single ZIP. Exporting is read-only and changes nothing.
