Group management

1. Group management

   This page manages one service group: its services, add-ons, storefront page, FAQ, order settings and general settings. This tour walks through the service list and each tab.

2. Group tabs

   Services, Add-ons, Page Design, FAQ, Order Settings and Settings each manage one part of the group. The page remembers the last tab you used.

3. Services in group

   Each service shows its type (Subscription or One-time), price per plan or billing period, VAT rate (the system rate is used when none is set) and whether it is active. Imported services also show the provider's original product name.

4. Import Products

   Imports products from the connected integrations that match this group into your catalog. If a provider is not listed, connect it in your integration settings first.

5. Add Service

   Opens the service form: name, one-time or subscription, group, description (AI can write it), prices per billing period with optional setup fees, VAT, sales unit and provisioning type. Open project on sale creates a delivery project each time the service is sold.

6. Row density

   View changes how compact the service rows are. The choice is remembered in this browser only.

7. Edit or delete a service

   The pencil opens the same service form for editing; the bin deletes the service after confirmation. Changing a price does not alter invoices that were already issued.

8. Add-ons

   Optional paid extras for this group's services, such as backups or extra quota. Add, edit or delete them here with the same form as the Add-ons page.

9. Page Design

   Opens the drag-and-drop builder for this group's storefront page: hero, sections, product order and call to action, with a live preview.

10. FAQ

    Questions and answers shown on the group's storefront page. You can write them yourself, get suggestions from AI and translate them. If you add none, a default set for the service type is shown.

11. Order Settings

    Order defaults for every service in the group: automatic provisioning after payment (or waiting for your approval on the Sales page), the default and allowed billing cycles, custom cycles and a default setup fee.

12. Settings

    Group name, URL slug, icon, menu visibility and active status, a Hide prices option that shows a Request a quote button, cross-sell target groups and SEO texts, which AI can write and translate. Click Save at the bottom to apply.
