1. GDPR / KVKK

   Manage your privacy settings, customers' data export and erasure requests, and the consent records. A badge next to the title shows how many requests are waiting. This tour walks through each section.

2. Privacy settings

   Set the data protection officer e-mail, the privacy policy link shown on the storefront and portal, how many days inactive personal data is kept (0 means no limit), how erasure requests are handled and whether the cookie banner is shown. Click Save settings to apply.

3. Data requests

   Export and erasure requests submitted by customers, with type, date and status. Approve or reject pending ones. Approving an erasure anonymizes the customer's personal data while keeping invoices, and cannot be undone.

4. Consent totals

   How many consent records exist in total, and how many of them were granted or revoked.

5. Consent log

   An append-only record of consents granted and revoked, with the user, consent type, state, source and date. Records are only added, never changed.
