Fraud Protection

  1. Fraud Protection

Suspicious orders are scored by a rules engine together with your blacklist, and risky ones wait here for your decision. This tour covers the engine settings and the review queue.

  2. Engine settings

Turn fraud protection on or off and set two thresholds: orders scoring at or above the block threshold are rejected, and those at or above the review threshold are queued here. Adjust the signal weights and list blocked country codes and extra disposable e-mail domains.

  3. View and page size

Change the row density with View and choose how many reviews are shown per page.

  4. Review queue

Each row shows the date, customer, order, risk score (green below 30, amber from 30, red from 70), the signals that raised it and the review status. Click Date, Risk or Status to sort.

  5. Decide on a review

For a pending review, Approve clears the order (a paid order is then provisioned), Reject cancels the order and voids its unpaid invoice, and Add to blacklist blocks the customer's e-mail address.
