Domain management

  1. Domain management

Manage one domain in full: its customer, registrar, expiry, Whois, name servers and history. The header shows the status, registrar, days left until expiry and the provider reference. Changes are only sent to the registrar when you press the related button.

  2. Renew and refresh

Pick 1 to 5 years and click Renew now to create a renewal invoice; the registrar renews the domain once it is paid. This only appears when the registrar supports renewals. Refresh from provider fetches the domain's current data from the registrar.

  3. Transfer status

For registrars that report transfers, Check asks the registrar for the incoming transfer status with its request and completion dates.

  4. Domain tabs

Details is open by default. Document verification, Whois and DNS only appear when the extension or registrar supports them, and History is always available.

  5. Details

Move the domain to another customer, link it to a product, and edit the registrar, amount, status and expiry date. Changing the registrar here only updates the record; no transfer is started. Nothing is saved until you click Save.

  6. Document verification

Fields the extension's registry requires, whether each is required and its current value. Missing values are shown in red and can block registration or renewal.

  7. Whois

Contact details loaded from the registrar; saving sends a real update to the registrar. Here you can also turn Whois privacy on or off and resend the registrant verification e-mail when supported.

  8. DNS

Edit up to four name servers and save them to the registrar. The Security card turns the transfer lock on or off and gets the EPP / auth code, where the registrar supports it.

  9. History

Provisioning events and the audit trail for this domain, with date, action and detail.
