Summary of your dealership business
Notices
Open setup steps, a domain waiting for verification, security reminders such as turning on two-step sign-in or a passkey, and trial reminders appear here as slides of one card. The button on a slide takes you to the right place. The X hides that notice: setup for good, the domain reminder for 30 days and the security reminder for 7 days. The card disappears when nothing is left.
Summary of your dealership business
This panel consolidates your hosting, domain, and service sales on one screen. The numbers here fill up as you enter catalogs and customers; seeing zeros is not an error, it just means there's no data yet. The correct starting sequence: first define the services you sell on the Catalog page, then open customer and service records.
What MRR and overdue numbers indicate
MRR is the regular monthly amount from your recurring services — one-time setup fees are not included in this number, as the goal is to forecast next month's revenue. The overdue counter counts invoices past due; if this number starts growing, your collection tracking is lagging, and it's time to consider suspending services.
Recently added customers
Clicking a customer gathers all their services, invoices, and support requests on one page. The detail page is the right place to define a new service, issue an invoice, or cancel a subscription — this list is just the shortest path there.
Recent invoices
Invoices for recurring services generate automatically as they become due; if you see an unexpected record in this list, it's usually because a subscription's renewal date has arrived. Catching unpaid invoices here early is the fastest way to send reminders to customers.
