Customer groups

  1. Customer groups

Give a group of customers a percentage off the catalog price. Domains, set-up fees and add-ons stay at list price. Every change on this page asks for a reason that is kept in the audit log.

  2. Create a group

New group asks for a name, a discount between 0 and 99 percent, optional notes and whether the group is active. The discount applies to new orders; existing subscriptions keep their price.

  3. Groups

Each row shows the group name, its discount and how many customers are in it.

  4. Manage, edit or delete

Manage opens the group's service discounts and customers below the list. The pencil edits the group and the bin deletes it; its customers then go back to catalog prices for new orders.

  5. Different discount per service

Pick a service and enter a percentage to override the group discount for that service. Zero means no discount on that service; leave the percentage empty to remove an override.

  6. Add and remove customers

Search by name, company or email and click Add to put a customer in this group. A customer already in another group is marked. The list below shows the group's customers, with Remove to take one out.
