Customer profile
Customer profile
Everything about one customer in one place. The header shows the name, status (Active, Inactive or Blacklist), tags, company, contact details and how long they have been a customer. This tour walks through the summary and every tab.
Trust score
A 0 to 100 score built from the payment record, active services and lifetime value: unpaid invoices lower it, active services and past payments raise it. 75 and above is Trusted, 50 to 74 is Fair and below 50 is At risk.
Customer actions
Send a password reset link, or set a new portal password yourself (no e-mail is sent and the customer is signed out of other sessions); both are for the account owner. Edit updates details, status and tags, and Create Order starts an order for this customer.
Key numbers
Lifetime value with a six-month trend of paid invoices, the open balance with the number of unpaid invoices, active services and this customer's monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Customer tabs
Switch between the customer's areas here. The numbers show how many records each tab holds, and a red counter on Messages shows unread messages.
Overview
The Overview tab shows the next renewals with days left, the latest invoices with their status, and recent tickets and project progress. Click an invoice number to open it.
Customer Portal Access
Shows whether the customer can log in to their own panel and the login address to share. The account owner can grant access by setting an initial password (an e-mail address is required) or remove access; removing it does not delete any data.
Services
Every subscription with amount, period, renewal date and status, filterable by Active, Suspended, Cancelled or Deleted. Manage opens the full service or domain page; the row menu edits it quickly, moves an inactive one to Deleted or removes it permanently.
Invoices
All invoices with amount, due date and status. Download the PDF, send a payment reminder or mark an unpaid invoice as paid. Select two or more unpaid invoices in the same currency to merge them into one new invoice; the originals are voided.
Renewals
Upcoming renewals with renewal date, amount and days left. The badge turns amber within 30 days and red within 7 days or once overdue.
Saved Cards
Cards saved for automatic billing, with the provider and the services using each one. Only the brand and last 4 digits are shown. Removing a card stops automatic billing for those services until the customer saves a card again.
Balance
The customer's credit balance and every movement: top-ups, adjustments, invoice payments and refunds. The account owner can add or deduct credit with Adjust credit; a note is required, and other currencies are converted to the wallet currency.
Activity
One timeline, newest first, of this customer's orders, invoices created and paid, and balance movements.
Messages
Messages sent through your storefront contact form, with the consents given. Reply sends an e-mail styled with your logo and brand color, and the reply is kept under the message. Opening this tab marks new messages as read.
Consents
An audit trail of every consent the customer granted or declined, such as terms, privacy, marketing or cookies, with its source, date and IP address.
Identity
Identity verification (KYC) status and decision history. A red dot means the customer is locked in the portal until verified. The account owner can verify manually or revoke it; a reason is required and the customer is e-mailed about the decision.
