This page controls the scheduled jobs that run billing and the service lifecycle for you: reminders, renewal charges, syncs, suspension and late fees. The tour walks through each block.
Live snapshot
Read-only counts of the current workload: overdue invoices, upcoming renewals, past-due subscriptions and projects due soon. Use them to see what the automations are dealing with right now.
Scheduled tasks
Every cron-driven automation is listed with its schedule. Switch a task off to skip it for your business. When a task is on, its own settings appear under it, for example renewal reminder days, the official invoice delay or unpaid order cleanup.
Service policy
Auto-suspend suspends services once their invoice is overdue for the set number of days; Auto-cancel cancels services that stay suspended for the set number of days. Both act on customers' live services, so choose the day counts carefully.
Late fee
When on, a fee line at the given rate of the invoice net amount is added to unpaid invoices after the due date plus the grace days, at most once per day and up to the maximum number of times. The invoice number does not change.
Save everything
One Save stores all task switches, task settings, the service policy and the late fee together. Nothing on this page takes effect until you save.
