Announcements

1. Announcements

   Announcements are notices shown to your customers in their customer panel, such as maintenance windows or news. This tour shows how to publish and manage them.

2. New Announcement

   Opens the form: enter a title and content (both required), pick a level (Info, Warning or Success) and optionally a start and end date. Pin to top keeps it above the others, and only Active announcements are shown to customers.

3. Announcement list

   Each row shows the title with its level and a pin icon if pinned, a preview of the content, whether it is Active, its display window (No limit when no dates are set) and when it was created. View changes the row density.

4. Edit or delete

   Use the row menu to edit an announcement or delete it. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone; switch Active off instead if you only want to hide it for now.
