Widget design

1. Widget design

   Here you design the AI assistant chat widget shown on your storefront: texts, colors, links and what it lists. The same design is used in the Assistant tab of the storefront designer. This tour walks through each section.

2. Save your changes

   Changes appear in the preview immediately but reach your storefront only after you click Save. The button shows Saved once the design is stored.

3. Show the widget

   Turn this on to show the assistant widget on your storefront. When it is off, visitors do not see the chat launcher at all.

4. Title and welcome message

   Set the widget title and the welcome message visitors see when they open the chat. Leave the title empty to use your business name.

5. Appearance

   Pick a suggested combo for a one-click accent and background, or set the accent color, avatar and welcome background (Aurora, Solid, Gradient or Image) yourself. Position places the launcher on the left or right, and Launcher size sets how large it is.

6. Contact and custom links

   Add your WhatsApp and Telegram contacts, a product tour video URL and up to 8 custom links with a label. Links left completely empty are dropped when you save.

7. Departments and team

   Choose whether the widget lists your departments and team members. Both are managed on the Team page, and the Help tab automatically lists your published knowledge base articles.

8. Live preview

   This is the real widget, rendered with your current settings and your actual departments, team and help articles. Every change you make on the left shows here instantly.
