This page shows your own platform plan, its limits and how much of each resource you are using. The tour walks you through usage, your platform account and the plan options.
Resource usage
Each card shows current usage against your plan limit: customers, team, storage (with database size), this month's traffic and AI credits. The bar turns amber at 80% and red at 100%. Where offered, the up-arrow button buys extra disk, traffic or AI credits as a one-time purchase.
Platform account and reseller
The first card shows the platform account this panel belongs to and its wallet balance; the second shows whether the reseller program is active and your reseller credit. Open portal and Manage sign you in to the customer portal.
Compare plans
Each card lists a plan's price and what it includes: customer, team and project limits, storage, traffic, AI credits and features such as custom domain, quotes and time tracking. Your plan is outlined and marked Current plan.
Monthly or yearly
Switch the prices between monthly and yearly billing; yearly gives 2 months free. The period you pick is carried over when you click Upgrade or Downgrade on a plan card.
Changing your plan
Plans are changed and paid for in the customer portal, not on this page. This button takes you there; your limits update once the purchase is completed.
