The waiter app for taking orders at the table
Built for a phone or tablet: open a table, add dishes and send them straight to the kitchen, update the table status and answer guest calls. Alerts pop up when a new order arrives or a dish is ready to serve.
Tables and calls
Switch between the table grid and Calls, where waiter calls and bill requests from guests appear with the table and how long ago they came in. The red badge counts open calls; tap Done once one is handled.
Floors
Show the tables of a single floor, or All. This bar appears only when you have more than one floor.
Table grid
Every table with a status colour: available, occupied, reserved, needs cleaning or out of service. Tables with an open tab show the running total, the guests and how long the tab has been open.
Open a table
Tap a table to see its open tab. Add order lets you pick dishes, and Send to kitchen adds them to the table's tab. Take payment opens the POS, and Clean or Call cleanup updates the table status.
