Card terminals

1. Card terminals

   Choose which provider's card terminal the till and kiosk send card payments to. An order counts as paid only after the provider confirms the charge.

2. Provider and credentials

   The fields below change with the provider you pick: a secret key and reader ID for Stripe Terminal, or an API key, merchant account, region and terminal ID for Adyen. SumUp keys and the reader are set on the integrations screen. A saved key is never shown again; leave the field empty to keep it.

3. Pick the provider

   Press the provider whose terminal you use: SumUp, Stripe Terminal or Adyen. For Adyen, refunds are made in the Adyen panel and then shown here as manual.

4. Save and check the connection

   Say why you are changing this and press Save. Check connection uses the saved credentials to ask the provider for your readers and tells you how many it found, or why it failed.

5. Not available yet

   Providers that cannot be connected yet, with the reason for each.
