Your floor plan and table status

  1. Your floor plan and table status

Lay out your floors and tables, then use the plan as a live service board showing which tables are free, occupied, reserved or need cleaning, with each open check. Every table has its own QR code, and service periods control when reservations are accepted.

  2. Edit floor plan

When off, the plan is a live service board that cannot be moved by accident. Switch it on to drag tables into place and to show Add floor, Add table and Save layout, plus Edit floor and delete next to the floor tabs.

  3. Print QR codes

Opens printable table cards with each table's QR code, grouped by floor. Guests scan the card to see the menu and order from that table.

  4. Save layout

Dragged positions are kept on this screen until you press Save layout, which saves the whole floor at once; a notice reminds you of unsaved changes. Add floor and Add table sit right next to it.

  5. Floors

Switch between floors; the number shows how many tables each has, and inactive floors are faded. In edit mode you can change or delete the selected floor; its tables then move to the unassigned pool.

  6. The floor plan

Tables are coloured by status. A table with an open check pulses and shows the guests, running total and time open; a small badge counts today's reservations. Double-click a table to edit it.

  7. Selected table

Click a table to see its open check, change its status, view today's reservations and copy its QR link. Regenerate QR stops the printed code working. Edit table and delete are at the bottom.

  8. Service periods

When you accept reservations and how long a table is held: each period has hours, a weekday or date, a table turn time and max covers. Reservations stay closed until you add at least one period.
