Channels, payment and tax

  1. Channels, payment and tax

This step records how you serve guests, which payment provider you prefer and how tax is applied to your prices. It is saved when you press Next. Payment keys are never entered here; they are set up securely on the integrations page.

  2. Order channels

Select every way you serve guests: dine-in, takeaway and delivery. You can select more than one and change your choice later.

  3. Payment gateway

The provider you prefer for taking payments, or cash on delivery. This only records your choice; to accept online payments, connect the provider with its keys on the integrations page.

  4. Tax rate

Your standard tax rate in percent, from 0 to 100. It is used for the tax on your invoices and in your accounting reports, and you can change it later.

  5. Tax mode

Included means your menu prices already contain tax; Added means tax is added on top of the menu price. Choose the one that matches how your prices are written.

  6. All integrations

Opens the integrations page, where you connect payment providers and other services with their keys. Save this step first so your choices are kept.
