What guests say after they eat
Rating summary
The average rating and the review count come from published reviews only, exactly what guests see on your site. The third card counts reviews awaiting your decision and is highlighted when any are waiting.
Automatic publishing is on
New reviews go live straight away without waiting for your approval. You can still unpublish or reject any of them here.
Filter by status
Switch between reviews Awaiting review, Published, Rejected or All. The numbers show how many reviews are in each group.
Guest reviews
Each review shows the stars, guest name, order number, status and date, separate food and service scores when given, the comment and your reply. You can answer a review, but you can never change what the guest wrote.
Moderate and reply
Publish puts a review on your site, Unpublish sends it back to awaiting review, and Reject hides it. Reply adds or edits your answer. The bin deletes the review immediately, without a confirmation.
What guests say after they eat
Recent, visible reviews are what convince a hungry stranger to order from you rather than the place next door. Approve the genuine ones, and reply calmly to a critical one — a good reply often impresses future readers more than the complaint worries them.
