Reservation timeline

  1. Reservation timeline

Tables down the side, the day along the top. Use it to plan the floor for a service: see where every booking sits and drag a booking to another table or time.

  2. Back to the day board

Returns to the reservations screen for the same date.

  3. Day and area

Step to the previous or next day with the arrows or pick a date. When your tables are in more than one area, choose one area or show all of them.

  4. The timeline

Each bar is a booking with the guest name and party size, coloured by status; a line marks the current time today. Drag a bar to another table or time to move it, or click it to type a new time and table. A red ring warns of overlapping bookings or an overbooked table, and the first row holds bookings with no table yet.

  5. Seats held

For every hour, how full the restaurant is. Amber means at least 60 percent of the seats are held, red at least 90 percent.

  6. What cannot be dragged

Seated guests, joined tables and finished reservations cannot be moved here; clicking them opens the reservation, where you can change them.
