The detail of one booking

  1. The detail of one booking

A single table reservation: the guest, party size, time, duration and any occasion or notes. The buttons offer only the moves allowed from its current status, and you can assign a table here. Cancellations and no-shows need a reason, and every status change is kept in the history.

  2. Move the booking on

Only the next steps allowed from the current status appear: a pending booking can be confirmed, a confirmed one seated, a seated one completed. Cancelled and No-show ask for a reason, which is saved in the history.

  3. Booking details

Date and time, duration, party size, the assigned table and any occasion. Times are in the restaurant time zone shown under the booking code.

  4. Assign a table

Pick a table (shown with its seat count) or leave it Unassigned; the change is saved as soon as you choose. A table that is not free for this time is refused, and a booking can only be seated once it has a table.

  5. Guest and notes

The guest's name, phone and email, their own note, the staff note that only your team sees, and the cancellation reason if there is one.

  6. Status history

Every status change in order, with when it happened, who made it and any reason given.
