Style the menu guests scan at the table

  1. Style the menu guests scan at the table

Design the QR-code menu guests open on their phones: card layout, category navigation, accent colour and which dish details show. The Add button setting decides what the round + on each card does, or hides it. Changes appear in the live preview but reach diners only after you save.

  2. Preview controls

Switch the preview between desktop (1280px) and mobile (390px), reload it with the refresh button, or use the open link to see the live menu in a new tab.

  3. Save the design

Your edits show in the preview straight away but reach guests only after you press Save. A dot on the button means there are unsaved changes, and the browser warns you before you leave the page.

  4. Live preview

This is your real table menu, updated as you change settings. It shows your unsaved draft; guests keep seeing the last saved version until you save.

  5. Card layout

Choose how dishes are listed on the menu: List, Grid (photos) or Compact.

  6. Category navigation

Pick the style of the category bar guests use to jump between sections: Pills, Underline tabs or Plain text.

  7. Add button

Sets what the round + button on each menu card does: Smart (add or customize), Quick add only, Open details, or No button at all.

  8. Card details

Turn the description, diet labels, prep time and allergens on each dish card on or off.

  9. Cards and Page tabs

Cards holds the settings you just saw. Page covers the accent colour (buttons, add button, prices), the cover header, the search bar and an announcement bar with its own text and background.
