Kitchen and receipt printers

  1. Add a printer

Name the printer, choose what it prints (customer receipt, kitchen ticket, bar ticket or labels) and how it connects: this device's browser, USB, network or a cloud service. Detect fills in a USB printer plugged into this device.

  2. No prices on tickets

Kitchen and bar tickets never show prices. Only the customer receipt carries amounts, so staff at the stations see just what to prepare.

  3. Your printers

Each printer shows what it prints, its connection and address, paper width and number of copies, and how many menu categories it is limited to. Ticket printers with no categories selected print everything.

  4. Test, edit or delete

Test print sends a sample so you can check which paper comes out of which device. Edit reopens the settings, including automatic printing on new orders. Delete removes the printer straight away, without a confirmation.

  5. Kitchen and receipt printers

Connect your USB or network printers and decide which orders print where — kitchen, bar, receipt. Set this up once and tickets appear at the right station automatically, so nobody has to walk an order across the kitchen by hand.
