The cash register (POS)
Till controls
With the till open you can print an X report (interim totals), record cash in or out of the drawer, and close the till with a cash count. When it is closed, Open till starts a new shift; payments are refused until then.
Offline strip
Appears when the connection drops or queued work is waiting to sync. While offline the till keeps working but takes cash only, because card payments need a connection.
Order, Tables and Orders
Order shows the current bill, Tables lists every open bill (the badge counts them), and Orders shows live web, QR and marketplace orders with a badge for those awaiting approval. On smaller screens each opens as a drawer.
Current bill
The bill number with split and part-paid badges. For a saved bill, the menu offers Move table, Merge, Split, Move items, Bill discount and Refund / reversal. Cancel clears the screen; a saved bill stays open.
Table and guests
Pick the table from the floor plan and enter the number of guests. If an automatic party gratuity applies, a notice appears just below.
Order lines
Tapped items with their options and notes; change quantities with minus and plus. On a saved bill, removing an item is a void, and the line menu adds Comp (on the house) and Discount. These may ask for a reason or a manager PIN.
Coupon and note
Enter a coupon code and, in the box below, an order note before you save or take payment.
Take payment, hold or split
The subtotal is a preview; service and tax are added when the bill is saved. Take payment opens the payment dialog for cash, card and other tenders. Hold bill (Save on an open bill) keeps it open, and Split the bill appears once it is saved.
Search the menu
Type part of a dish name to filter the products below.
Categories
Tap a category to show only its items, or All for the whole menu. Scroll sideways when there are many.
Products
Tap a product to add it to the current bill. Items without variants or options go straight in; the others open a panel to choose size, extras and a note first.
Open bills
Every open bill with its table, total and any part payment still due. Resume loads it into the Order tab, Payment takes payment straight away, and the arrow icon starts a refund on a bill that has been paid.
Order board
Live orders in columns by channel: dine-in, web, QR, kiosk and each marketplace. Tap a card for its details, or use its button to accept or advance it. The bell turns the new-order sound on or off.
Awaiting approval
Orders from any channel that need you to accept them now. Marketplace orders show when their response time is running, so accept them quickly.
The cash register (POS)
Ring up dine-in and counter sales, take card or cash, split the bill and print a receipt. Two things to know: the shift has to be open before you can take payment, and the strip at the top tells you if card payment is actually online or you're working offline.
