Every order, from every channel

  1. Today at a glance

The number of orders and the revenue taken so far today.

  2. Board or list

Board shows orders as cards in one column per status, ideal during service. List shows them in a table with channel, items, total, status and payment, and opens an order from the arrow.

  3. Live, sound and auto-print

Live refreshes the orders every 20 seconds, Sound plays a chime when a new order arrives, and Auto-print prints new orders while this screen stays open. These are remembered per device, so only the till with a printer needs auto-print.

  4. Search and filter

Search by order code, name or phone and press Enter, filter by channel or marketplace, or pick a date. The refresh button reloads the orders with the current filters.

  5. The order board

One column per status, from new orders through to delivered and cancelled, with the number of orders in each. Scroll sideways to see all columns.

  6. An order card

Shows the table or customer, order code, total, channel, item count, scheduled time and whether it is paid; delivery cards show the address. The main button moves the order to its next stage, and the menu opens its details or cancels it with a required reason.

  7. Order list

All orders in a table: code, table or customer, channel, items, total, status and payment. Use the arrow at the end of a row to open the order.

  8. Every order, from every channel

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and online orders all land in this one list. Accept, prepare and complete them here — and watch that none sit unaccepted, because on the other side a hungry customer is waiting and every minute counts.
