Everything about a single order
E-invoice and print
Issue e-invoice creates the electronic invoice for a paid order; once sent, a badge with its number replaces the button. Print reprints the receipt or kitchen ticket through your browser.
Order progress
Where the order stands in the flow from pending to accepted, cooking, ready, on the way and delivered. Completed stages are filled and the current one is highlighted.
Advance or cancel
Only the next stages this order is allowed to move to are offered. Cancel order asks for a reason, which is required and recorded.
Courier
Only on delivery orders with a courier network connected: get a price, send a courier and follow the tracking link. Cancelling a courier requires a reason because a fee may still apply; if a request fails, the real reason is shown here.
Items on the order
Each item with its options, notes and price. While the bill is unpaid, Void / comp removes an item as a mistake or gives it on the house, with a required reason and manager approval where needed. Courses not yet sent show a button to send them to the kitchen.
Customer
The guest's name, phone, email, delivery address and number of guests, as far as they were given with the order.
E-invoice
Issue a Peppol e-invoice for this order once it is fully paid. Request company invoice adds the guest's company details (the VAT number can be verified); without them the e-invoice is issued to the guest. Its status, invoice number and PDF appear here. An issued e-invoice cannot be changed, corrections need a credit note. It needs an e-invoice provider connected in Integrations and a plan that includes e-invoicing.
Totals
Subtotal, discounts, service and cover charges, delivery fee, tip and tax add up to the order total. Balance due shows what is still unpaid.
Status history
Every status change on this order with who made it and when, so you can trace exactly what happened.
Payments and refunds
Every payment taken with method, amount, reference and who took it, plus collected, refunded and balance totals. Refunds can be reprinted as a receipt, and card terminal charges not yet booked to the order are highlighted in amber.
Everything about a single order
This screen shows one order end to end — the items ordered, its current stage from accepted to delivered, every payment and refund taken against it, and a timeline of who changed what. It is where you advance an order, void or comp an item, issue a refund receipt, or dispatch a courier. When a guest questions their bill or an order stalls, this is the one place that holds the full story.
