A record of messages sent to guests

  1. Table view

Adjust how the log table is displayed.

  2. Delivery totals

How many notifications were logged in total and how many were sent, skipped or failed, across the whole log regardless of filters. A rising Skipped count usually means email or SMS is not set up.

  3. Filter the log

Show one event type, one channel (email, SMS or WhatsApp) or one status. Clear filters brings back everything.

  4. Notification log

Each row shows when a message was attempted, the event, channel, recipient and outcome. For skipped or failed rows the Reason column explains why it did not go out; hover to read the full text. The log is read-only.

  5. A record of messages sent to guests

This is a read-only log of every notification your restaurant tried to send — order confirmations, reservation emails and the like — with the recipient, channel and outcome. A "skipped" row is honest: it means the message never went out, usually because email or SMS is not set up, and the reason column tells you why. When a guest says they never got their confirmation, check here first.
