Labour compliance

  1. Labour compliance

Pay, breaks and overtime worked out from the time clock and checked against the rules you enter. Use it before payroll to see each person's hours and gross pay and anything that breaks your rules.

  2. Back to the time clock

Returns to the attendance screen, where staff clock in and out and shifts are planned.

  3. The rules are yours

The system only applies the limits you enter; it does not say what the law requires where you operate. Ask your accountant or adviser which limits apply.

  4. Period and payroll export

Pick the From and To dates and press Apply to recalculate. Payroll export downloads the shown period as a CSV file for your payroll provider.

  5. Pay, checks, rules, rates and breaks

Checks lists breaks that were too short, rest that was too short, days over your limit and shifts not clocked out. Rules holds your overtime, break and rest limits (only the owner can change them), Hourly rates sets each person's rate from a date with a reason, and Breaks lets you add or remove a break on a finished shift.

  6. Hours and pay per person

Regular, overtime and break hours, gross pay and tips for each person, with a total row. A warning shows hours without a rate or shifts still open. Taxes, contributions and contract terms are not included.
