Allergens and labels

  1. Allergens and labels

See which menu items have a complete allergen declaration and print labels for food packed before the guest orders it. An item with no declaration shows guests "not specified" and never passes a "free from" filter. You are responsible for what you declare.

  2. Where your menu stands

How many items are declared, incomplete or not specified, and how many can pass the guest's "free from" filter, each out of your total number of items.

  3. Rules for your country

Choose which allergen list the guest filter uses (EU 14, US 9 or both) and the minimum age for age-restricted items such as alcohol, then press Save.

  4. Focus on what needs work

Only items that need work hides items that already pass the filter; press it again to see every item. Open the menu takes you to the menu, where allergens, nutrition and label ingredients are entered on each item, ingredient and option.

  5. Menu items and their gaps

Each item shows its status, the allergens it contains, energy and an age badge where it applies. Yellow lines explain what is missing, such as an ingredient with no declaration or options that add allergens.

  6. Print a PPDS label

Opens a printable label with ingredients, allergens and net quantity. It is available only once the item's allergen list is declared complete and its label ingredient list is filled in.
