Set up your self-order kiosk

  1. Switch the kiosk on

When on, the private kiosk link below shows the self-order terminal. When off, the link does not serve it.

  2. Welcome headline

The short line guests see on the kiosk's start screen, for example Tap to order. Up to 120 characters.

  3. Dine-in and takeaway

Choose which order types guests can pick on the kiosk.

  4. Accent colour

Pick a colour or type a hex code for the kiosk's buttons and highlights. Leave it empty to use your brand colour.

  5. Private kiosk link

The address your kiosk device opens, unique to your restaurant and not guessable. Copy it or open it, then run it on the kiosk in full-screen browser mode and keep it private.

  6. Generate a new link

If the link was shared by mistake, create a new one. The old address stops working immediately, so update the kiosk device afterwards.

  7. Save

Saves the switch, headline, order types and colour. Changes reach the kiosk only after saving.

  8. Set up your self-order kiosk

This turns a spare tablet or screen into a full-screen self-order terminal for your guests — switch the kiosk on, write a welcome message, choose whether dine-in and takeaway are offered, and set an accent colour. You open the terminal with the private link at the bottom, which is unique to your restaurant and should be kept secret. If that link is ever shared by mistake, generate a new one to retire the old address immediately.
