Guest profile settings
The owner's switches for guest profiles: whether allergy data may go into AI note summaries, and the remote waitlist guests join from their phone. Nothing changes until you press Save.
AI note summary and allergies
Off by default. Allergies are health data, so turn this on only if you have a lawful basis to send them to an AI provider. When you switch it on you must give a reason, which goes to the audit log.
Remote waitlist
Switch it on and share the link shown here. Guests who join appear in your list on the reservations screen, and the notify button there sends them a text message through your SMS provider.
Waitlist limits
Largest party is the most guests one party may be, Longest queue how many parties can wait at once, and Minutes per party ahead how long each waiting party adds to the wait.
Save
Saves both the AI setting and the waitlist settings.
