Data requests and privacy

1. Privacy settings

   Enter the data protection contact email shown to guests, a link to your privacy policy, and how many days inactive customer data is kept (0 means no automatic limit). Only the owner can change these; Save settings applies them.

2. Erasure handling

   Choose whether guests' data erasure requests wait for approval in the list below or are processed automatically.

3. Cookie consent banner

   Shows or hides the cookie consent banner on your public storefront.

4. Data-subject requests

   Guests' data export and erasure requests with their status. Approve or Reject pending ones; approving an erasure anonymises the customer's personal data permanently, while order history is kept for legal records.

5. Consent log

   An append-only record of every consent granted or withdrawn, with totals at the top. Entries cannot be edited, so it serves as your proof of consent.
