Your own courier fleet

1. Your own courier fleet

   Assign delivery orders to your own couriers and follow them on the map. Positions are recorded only while a courier is on duty with a delivery and are deleted after the number of days shown here. The page refreshes by itself every few seconds.

2. Live map

   Shows your couriers and the drop-off addresses of waiting and active deliveries. When you press Show route on a delivery, its route and the distance travelled appear here.

3. Waiting for a courier

   Delivery orders that still need a courier. Choose an on-duty courier from the list, which shows how far each one is from the address, and press Assign.

4. Out for delivery

   Deliveries a courier is handling, with their current status. Show route draws the trip on the map; to give a delivery back to the waiting list, type a reason and press Take back.

5. Couriers

   Everyone on your fleet, with whether they are on duty. Download their data saves a courier's records; Remove takes them off the fleet with a reason and deletes their location history.

6. Add a courier

   Pick someone already on your team, or choose New login and enter a name, email and password. You can add a phone number too, then press Add a courier.
