Check that every sale and refund was signed by the signing service, and download the files your tax adviser or accountant asks for. Use it when a signature failed or at the end of a period.
Documents without a valid signature
Each row is a sale or refund the signing service did not sign, with its total, time and the reason. Press Try again, say why, and confirm; the first record is kept and the new try is added with its own time.
Audit exports
Builds an export file of your sales for a period. The text under the title explains what the chosen format contains and what to have your adviser check. Only staff allowed to export see this part.
Format and period
Choose DSFinV-K or DATEV for Germany, SAF-T for Portugal or the FEC sales journal for France, then the From and To dates (at most one year). Extra fields such as the cash register ID, tax number or account numbers from your accountant appear for the format that needs them.
