Catering and events

  1. Catering and events

Quote catering and private events, sell seats for experiences and take deposits by payment link. Event money is a prepayment: it is kept here and is not part of POS sales or the Z report.

  2. Your public events page

Opens the page guests see in a new tab. There they book an experience or send you a request for a quote for their event or catering.

  3. Bookings and what you offer

Bookings lists every request and booking. What you offer is where you create experiences, private events and catering offers with a price per guest, guest limits, seats on sale, a date and a suggested deposit.

  4. Open or finished

Open shows new requests, quoted bookings, bookings awaiting payment and confirmed ones. Finished shows completed and cancelled bookings.

  5. Add a booking yourself

Opens a form for a booking taken by phone or in person: type, offer, guest details, date and time, number of guests, a delivery address for catering and a note.

  6. Work through each booking

Each card shows the guest, date, guests, total, deposit, what was paid and what is still owed. While it is open you can save a quote, create a payment link, link a table reservation, record a payment or refund made another way, and confirm, complete or cancel the booking with a reason.
