Your guest book, built automatically

1. Export and campaigns

   Export CSV downloads the guests that match your current search and segment filters. Campaigns takes you to the marketing campaigns screen to message them.

2. Your guest base

   Total customers, returning guests (more than one order), guests who agreed to marketing messages, and the loyalty points outstanding across all accounts.

3. Loyalty is off

   Guests are not earning points yet. Set how many points are earned per currency unit in your settings to switch loyalty on.

4. Find a guest

   Search by name, phone or email and press Enter. Guests are matched by phone number, so the phone is the surest way to find someone.

5. Sort the list

   Order guests by most recent, top spenders, most orders or most points.

6. Segment filters

   Narrow the list to guests who opted in, have a birthday this month, have not ordered in 30, 60 or 90 days, or spent at least a minimum amount. The same filters apply to the CSV export.

7. Guest list

   Each guest shows their name, tags, phone, number of orders, total spent and points. Click a guest to open their profile, points history and orders.

8. Your guest book, built automatically

   Every guest who orders is saved here with their history and how much they spend. Over time your regulars and your lapsed customers become obvious, so you know who to reward with a little extra and who to win back with an offer.
