Orders from delivery marketplaces
A read-only record of every order pushed by your connected delivery marketplaces, with its status and whether the platform was notified. Failed rows keep the raw data, so you can fix the field mapping and replay them instead of losing the order.

Ledger at a glance
Totals for all channel orders regardless of filters: how many arrived, how many were accepted, how many failed to import and how many linked orders still await a status notification to the platform.
Filter by platform, status and date
Narrow the list to one marketplace, one status (Received, Accepted, Rejected or Failed) or a single day. Clear resets all filters.
Orders from marketplaces
Each row shows the platform, its reference, status, the linked order, total, whether the platform was notified and when it arrived. Click a reference or View for the raw payload. Owners can Replay a failed row after fixing its field mapping, or Resync to notify the platform again.
