Reach your guests directly

  1. Create a campaign

Opens the campaign form: name, channel (email, SMS or WhatsApp), message, an optional schedule and a segment such as minimum total spend, no order in the last N days or birthday this month. The form shows roughly how many opted-in guests it will reach.

  2. Reach and campaign count

Reachable guests is how many customers have opted in to marketing; Campaigns is how many campaigns you have created.

  3. Opt-in is always enforced

Only guests who agreed to receive marketing are ever contacted, whatever segment you choose.

  4. Your campaigns

Each campaign shows its channel, status (Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent or Failed), the start of its message, the scheduled time and, once sent, how many messages were delivered, skipped or failed.

  5. Test, edit, send or delete

Test sends a sample to the owner's contact. Edit and Send now are only available while a campaign is a draft or scheduled; Send now messages every opted-in guest in the segment immediately and cannot be undone.

  6. Reach your guests directly

Send offers and news to your customer list. A message to people who have already eaten with you is the cheapest table you will fill all week — they know you, they liked you, they just need a reason to come back tonight.
