Let routine work run itself
Let routine work run itself
Switch on automations that run in the background for your restaurant: moving orders along on a timer, reservation reminders, review requests after delivery, cleaning up unpaid online orders, marking no-shows and marketing opt-in for new guests. This tour walks through each part.
Live workload
The current numbers these automations act on: orders awaiting acceptance, orders received today, upcoming confirmed reservations and unpaid online orders.
Automated triggers
Each card is one automation with its own switch. Turning a switch on reveals its settings underneath. They run in the background for your restaurant once you save.
Order timing
Moves orders along without manual clicks: auto-accept pending orders, mark them ready after the average preparation time, and mark ready delivery orders as on the way. 0 turns a step off. Per-channel overrides let dine-in, takeaway, delivery and marketplace use different times.
Unpaid online order cleanup
Cancels or deletes online orders whose payment was never completed after the minutes you set, optionally warning the guest first. Deleting removes the order permanently; cancelling keeps it for your records.
Guest notifications
A summary of how many guest notification events are switched on and which channels deliver them. They are edited on the Notifications screen, which Manage notifications opens.
Save automation
Switches and values only take effect after you save. Only the restaurant owner can change these settings; other staff see them read-only.
