Your AI credit and what it powers

1. AI Setup

   Four steps to get the most from AI: add AI credits to your plan, define your brand voice, train the knowledge base and switch the assistant on. Each item links to where it is done; the card disappears once all are complete.

2. AI Features

   Shortcuts to the AI tools in your panel: menu writing and translation, the assistant, the sales assistant and report insights. Click a card to open that tool.

3. AI is not in your plan

   Your plan has no AI credits, so the AI tools are locked. The button takes you to upgrade; if a provider set up your account, it leads to their panel instead.

4. Credits at a glance

   Remaining credits, credits used and your monthly quota for the current period, plus the number of AI requests made. With your own API key, remaining shows Unlimited.

5. Buy credit pack

   One-time packs for when monthly credits run out. Bought credits go to your wallet (the coin badge shows the balance) and are used once the monthly quota is exhausted. If a provider set up your account, packs are bought from them.

6. Monthly usage

   How much of this month's quota is used. The bar turns amber at 80 percent and red when it is full; after that, AI features keep working only while wallet credits remain.

7. Your own API key

   You use your own OpenAI key, so AI usage is not deducted from your credits and no top-up is needed.

8. Usage by capability

   Every AI action with its unit cost in credits and the credits it has used this month, so you can see which feature spends the most.

9. AI credit activity

   One line per change to your credit wallet: top-ups, grants, usage by feature, adjustments and refunds, with the change and the balance after it.

10. Your AI credit and what it powers

    This hub shows your monthly AI credit, how much you've used and what each feature costs. The same credit writes content, translates your menu and powers the assistant that answers guests. When it runs low those features pause — top up here to keep them on.
