1. Shipping rules

   Delivery zones, methods and prices. Customers pick a method at checkout and see an estimated delivery date. This tour walks through the page.

2. New zone

   Opens the zone form: a name only you see, its countries (or * for the rest of the world), and its delivery methods. Each method has a service, a fixed price or tiers by cart weight or value, an optional free-from amount and its fastest and slowest business days.

3. Before you start

   As soon as one active zone has an active method, these rules replace your flat shipping fee and country fees. Countries in no zone can no longer order home delivery.

4. A zone

   The zone's countries and each method with its price basis, delivery days and prices. The pencil edits the zone and the bin deletes it with its methods.

5. Handling time

   Business days you need before an order ships, added to the delivery estimate. Set the default, then add category rules that replace it for products in those categories, and save.

6. Live carrier prices

   Customers pay the price your carrier quotes for their parcel. Switch it on and enter where you ship from. If the carrier does not answer in time, the prices above apply instead.

7. Try a cart

   Enter a country, cart value and weight and check which methods and prices a customer would see.
